HotelHound is a comprehensive listing of over 3,000 hotels and accommodation from throughout the UK, all of which are fully bookable on-line.

Our database of hotels is fully searchable and can give users listings of the hotels closest to their desired location. Searching can be done with a location name, a UK post code or simply by clicking on the county and then a town name.

Booking Information

The booking facility provided by Active Hotels is instant, secure and fast. All hotel information is kept up-to-date, with booking availability being real-time.

Finding the right hotel is quick and simple. You can enter a location name (such as a village or a town name), enter a post code or simply select the county and town from the complete index. Browse the list of matching hotels (generally sorted by distance from the centre of the location) and the select the hotel you wish to enquire about.

You do not have to give any payment information to check hotel availability.

All on-line booking facilities are provided by Active Hotels.

Booking Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make a cancellation, you must visit the cancellation page offered by Active Hotels. Please note that all hotel bookings are operated by Active Hotels and that HotelHound cannot be held liable for any booking errors. There may be a cancellation charge, depending on how far in advance you are able to cancel your reservation.

Only the establishment where you are staying and selected staff at Active Hotels have access to your information (so that they may fulfil your booking requirements, should it be required).
