Caledonian House was originally built in the 1860s and was used as Campbells Tea Room in the 1900s. Now a long established bed and breakfast guest house, the house is adjacent to the Caledonian Canal, with boats joining the beginning of Loch Ness or sailing through the canal locks through to Banovie, Fort William.
